Amors Cookies Shipping & Order Policies
Order Placement & Shipping Days
At Amors Cookies, we accept orders from Friday through Thursday at midnight each week.
Orders placed by Thursday 11:59 PM will be shipped the following Monday and Tuesday. Shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail.
Please note:
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages marked as “delivered” but later reported missing.
Returned shipments due to incorrect/incomplete addresses will incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for delays caused by closed delivery locations or denied access.
Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather or carrier delays.
High shipping volume periods may also impact delivery times.
Refunds, Exchanges & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order ships.

Order Cancellations & Modifications
To cancel or modify an order, contact us via our [Contact Page] as soon as possible.
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 2 business days before your scheduled shipping date.
Once preparation of your order has started, no modifications or cancellations can be made.
